The interior of the mansion is peacefull and serene thanks to the combinations and contrasts of the used materials. By looking at the function of the space, an appropriate atmosphere has been created everywhere and is interesting in every detail. From the placement of the piano to the green canopy in the bathroom.
NL: Dit monumentale herenhuis uit 1864 in het culturele hart van Rotterdam heeft een grondige verbouwing ondergaan onder leiding van Studio Sluijzer. Karakteristieke elementen van het pand zijn behouden gebleven en gecombineerd met hedendaagse luxe en technologische snufjes.
Het interieur van het herenhuis straalt rust en sereniteit uit mede door de toegepaste materialen en gebruik van contrasten. De diverse functies in de ruimte hebben een geheel eigen en passende sfeer gekregen en is tot in elk detail interessant van pianoplaatsing tot planten in de badkamer.
