A collaboration between Aedes and Studio Sluijzer has resulted in the design of nine apartments in the 19th-century Plantagebuurt neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The design of the apartments takes inspiration from the neighbourhood's historical character and incorporates elements from the exterior into the interior design to maintain the classic style. The use of natural stone and durable, sustainable materials was a key aspect of the project. The team wanted to create spaces that were not only visually appealing but also environmentally friendly and long-lasting.
